The ideal candidates have experience working on the front desk of a hotel, can communicate effectively with customers and are well-versed in the organization's policies.
Responsibilities:
Recieve and direct calls, e-mails and packages. Send packages via the postal service. Monitor security system. Greet guests by phone and in person. Answer questions about the hotel's services. Answer frequently asked questions about the hotel's services. Take reservations. Schedule reservations. Plan activities for guests.
