Job Description
La Quinta in west long branch is seeking a Front Desk Agent Looking for agent to work the Morning or Evening Shift, specifically weekends. As a Front Desk Agent your duties will include, but not limited to,
- Responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction 100% of the time, and follow through on all guest requests. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- La Quinta Inn & suites training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive outgoing personality
- Hotel Front Desk experience is a major plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
