Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nightly operations, ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and preparing financial reports to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage front desk responsibilities including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with internal departments. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours. Support guest services by offering local information, assisting with special requests, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay. Complete shift reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and financial transactions to ensure accurate record keeping. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems; previous experience with resort or hotel environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest interactions tactfully. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and security standards. Knowledge of guest services principles, hotel management practices, and hospitality industry best practices. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a diverse range of guests effectively.
