Please visit the hotel for Interview with Front Desk Manager Mrs. Venessa •Night Audit & Front Desk Agent Sleep Inn & Suites Hobbs - Hobbs, NM Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel. If you enjoy working with people and creating a great guest experience, we want to meet you! Pay $15.5 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule Full-time Morning / Evening / Night shifts available Weekends and holidays required What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service Check guests in and out quickly and accurately Answer phones and assist with reservations Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Customer service or hotel experience preferred (not required) Bonus Points Experience with hotel systems (Choice Advantage a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why Work With Us?
