Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries, and processing reservations Assist with guest check-outs, billing, and account management while maintaining accurate records of all transactions Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, adhering to safety protocols and hospitality standards Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality hotel operations with a strong background in guest services and front desk functions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Previous hotel experience, customer service roles involving night audits or guest relations Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, and guest service best practices Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Join us in delivering top-tier hospitality experiences with your passion for guest service.
