About us Pueblo Bonito Inn is a historic adobe inn in the heart of Santa Fe offering a calm, personalized guest experience rooted in warmth, hospitality, and genuine service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays composed under pressure, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. This is not a corporate chain environment. We are looking for someone personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help. What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer guest questions and provide recommendations around Santa Fe Manage reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready Assist with light operational tasks and help maintain common areas Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally Help create a relaxed, elevated guest experience from arrival to departure What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a hospitality environment Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Ideal Candidate Traits Naturally hospitable and service-minded Takes initiative without needing constant direction Team-first mentality Comfortable speaking with guests from around the world Appreciates boutique hotels, design, travel, and hospitality Schedule Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
