Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Henderson as a Full-Time Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As the welcoming face of our hotel, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Your role is vital in fostering a warm, professional environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Shifts will vary between the 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shift so the right candidate will have flexible availability. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure exceptional guest relations Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Uphold phone etiquette standards at all times, demonstrating courteous communication skills in person and over the phone Experience Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of guest relations strategies and hotel operations enhances your ability to deliver outstanding service Experience with night audit procedures or hotel bookkeeping is beneficial but not mandatory Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
