Job Description

Escape Salon and Spa is a full service day spa! Our mission is to provide you and your clients an inviting place to come spend time to experience wellness and beauty. We support our team in meeting their educational, technical, and financial goals by working together toward a common goal. We pride ourselves in maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and the best customer service!
Duties:
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable Answer all incoming calls, relay messages, and make reminder calls Utilize automated system to schedule appointments and maintain client records Maintain orderly appearance within the facility (e.g. dispose of trash) Wash and fold clean linens, towels and sheets, and store in appropriate areas Cash out customers for services and merchandise Cleaning up the facility Introduce promotions to clients Tag and stock new merchandise
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year salon or spa experience Ability to work independently and with others Must be able to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and various shifts Must possess basic computer knowledge Must be 18 years old or older
