Job Description
We are looking to add a qualified Fitness Studio Attendant to our team. A Fitness Studio Attendant's responsibilities include checking-in members, giving tours, signing up new members, answering phone calls, and light cleaning. If you are well organized, have a great attitude, and love helping people reach their goals, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members. Responsibilities Welcome all members in a professional and friendly manner. Provide the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. Check-in all members appropriately Give tours of the facility Ensures incoming calls and emails are answered in a professional and efficient manner Anticipate member's needs and act proactively to ensure positive experience Complete membership and retail transactions Maintain the cleanliness of the facility to our highest standards Complete weekly supply inventory Skills Utilize strong communication to example company vision and concept of the gym Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude Must have telephone etiquette Ability to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent managerial and organizational skills'
