The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations at our resort or hotel property. Shifts can include AM, PM, and Audit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest inquiries promptly Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with tact and efficiency Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing transactions Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and security Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster positive reviews and repeat business Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong background in customer service within a resort or hotel environment Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of front desk procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Experience in guest relations, night audit processes, and hospitality management will be considered a plus Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor are essential for success in this role
