In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills in a lively resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude, providing outstanding customer service. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards. Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and balancing accounts. Maintain excellent phone etiquette across all communication channels, including multi-line phone systems. Foster positive guest relations by offering personalized service and addressing special needs or requests promptly. Support hotel management in administrative tasks and guest experience enhancements as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with international guests. Familiarity with hotel management software, reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures. Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
