Job Description
Offer guest assistance and customer service to guests checking in and out of the hotel, moving up through various roles, ending in a supervisory role. In this position, the candidate will progress through a series of positions: Guest Service Agent
- assists guests with checking in and out and customer service at the front desks VIP Coordinator
- assists the highest level VIP guests in the VIP offices Rooms Inventory Controller
- inventory management and system balancing Night Audit
- Balancing the system, checking balances prior to date roll Hotel Shift Supervisor
