Job Description
Overview Join our outgoing team at Big Nic's pizza! We are currently looking to hire someone who can answer the phones, & take orders time efficiently. Experience is preferred but not required. We will provide paid training. Duties Answer incoming calls promptly using multi-line phone systems. Greet visitors courteously and assist with front desk responsibilities. Manage relaying requests by customers , to the chefs. Maintain clear and professional phone etiquette at all times, ensuring positive interactions with callers from diverse backgrounds Assist with other front desk or clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Experience with multi-line phone systems and dispatching is highly desirable Experience with customer service, & cash handling.
