The ideal candidate will have worked at a hotel front desk and understands the responsibility of being the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of guest services at our Hotel and it requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. We are looking to fill the morning shift 3-4 days a week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility of hours will range from 7am-7pm. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and front desk software. Dependability and Flexibility is a must Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in customer service or guest services is required, particularly within the hospitality industry or hotel environment. Familiarity with Hotel Front Desk operations and phone etiquette is essential. A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not mandatory.
