The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems. Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Provide support in guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in handling front desk responsibilities and operations within a resort or hotel setting. Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems are essential.
