Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. As the frontline representative, you will manage a busy reception area, handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a welcoming environment while supporting our organization's operational excellence. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. Duties Front Desk Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to promptly Effective phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Assist members by answering questions about their membership, clearing up account balances, and renewing membership extension dates Basic team maintenance, ensuring a clean and tidy workout area, bathrooms and locker rooms to be part of our team!
