Your hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences, foster guest satisfaction, and uphold our hotel's reputation for excellence. Duties Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently while providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to ensure a seamless stay, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills Conduct night audit preparations for the upcoming shift, including verifying reservations, billing accuracy, and updating records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition for new arrivals Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, managing guest data confidentiality, and ensuring safety procedures are followed Assist with administrative tasks such as logging arrivals/departures, updating guest profiles, and preparing daily reports to support hotel management Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; experience with night audit processes is a plus Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to handle guest relations tactfully while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Previous hotel experience including front desk duties, guest services, or resort operations is preferred Flexibility to work morning shifts in a fast-paced setting; availability during peak hours is essential Join us as a Morning Hotel Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating welcoming experiences that guests will remember!
