Guest Service Agent - Hampton Inn by Hilton

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn by Hilton - Commack, NY . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests at our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Utilize phone systems to assist guests with reservations and information requests. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities. Assist in managing reservations through various platforms as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with guests over the phone. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Proficiency in using computer systems
