Job Description

Moose Hillock Camping Resort in Fort Ann, New York, is hiring for the 2026 season. We have part-time and full-time positions available from May through mid-September. Our fast-paced resort features 300 high-turnover sites and a great team atmosphere. Responsibilities for our Guest Services Staff include
  • Using Resnexus booking software and performing computer work
  • Handling phone calls and booking reservations
  • Registering and checking in guests
  • Operating a cash register and POS system
  • Light stocking and cleaning of the camp store
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Weekends and holidays may be required. Previous campground experience is a plus.
