The Menhaden, a 16-room boutique hotel in the heart of Greenport Village, is looking for energetic, service-driven Guest Service Agents to join our team. We combine luxury hospitality with a modern edge, delivering personalized experiences and warm, thoughtful service in a stylish setting. If you're passionate about creating memorable stays, supporting sustainable practices, and growing within the hospitality industry, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Welcome guests and help them explore the best of Greenport Use modern tech to create seamless, personalized stays Manage room inventory and guest requests alongside your team Coordinate premium experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure Work closely with housekeeping to ensure every room is guest-ready Recognize and tailor service for VIP and returning guests Join daily team huddles to keep things running smoothly What You Bring A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural love for hospitality The ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep cool under pressure Comfort working independently while contributing to a team A willingness to learn new systems and technology Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right fit Why You'll Love It Here A boutique luxury setting that's never dull A tight-knit team that feels like family Opportunities to grow and build a career in hospitality A front-row seat in Greenport's vibrant village center Ready to be part of something special?
