Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their experience Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain accurate reservation records and update room availability in real-time Operate multi-line phone systems, providing information about hotel services and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Experience in hotel management systems, front desk operations, and guest relations Knowledge of night audit procedures, resort operations, and hotel experience preferred Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle guest inquiries with tact, patience, and professionalism Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest services and resort amenities This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality career while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
