Job Description
The Home2 Suites in Middletown NY is searching for a detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Guest Services Representative. They will be responsible to attending to the needs of guests, during the check-in/check-out processes. This Guest Services Representative will assist guests in a timely and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience. Shift may vary. Our shifts are 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a. This is a part-time position Job functions will include: Responding to guest requests and inquiries Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests Provide information on the local area and points of interest Assisting guests with arrivals and departures. Answer the front desk phone Cash handling The successful candidate will possess the following: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer Service Experience Must be capable of accurately handling money. Reading, math, and communication skills. Weekends and holidays are required. Flexibility (days of week may vary). Adhere to brand and company standards. Part time position available Require weekends and holidays
