The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic resort environment, delivering memorable experiences to our guests. Candidates with hospitality management experience, multilingual abilities, and hotel management skills are highly preferred. A strong background in customer service, guest relations, and phone etiquette will be essential for success in this position. A valid FDNY Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification is strictly required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions Support night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy at shift end Assist in resolving guest issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and hotel operations principles Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This role is integral to creating positive guest experiences through attentive service and efficient operations.
