This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with guests and can manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Check guests in and out accurately Verify ID, process payments, and handle security deposits Answer phones and manage reservations Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Complete shift reports and maintain a clean front desk area Qualifications Customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (hotel system experience a plus) Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time Pay Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Howard Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
