Job Description
The Hampton Inn is currently looking for a self-motivated, guest-focused candidate for Front Desk. Hours will be 7am-3pm Wednesday-Sunday. Off Monday and Tuesday. The successful candidate will be welcoming, efficient professional; and determined to deliver a quality product with sensational service to every guest every time. As Front Desk Representative the employee is the first point of contact with the guest. Not only responsible to check guests in and out but will ensure that each guest is more than comfortable with their stay and provide guests with the best possible service Duties include: Accurate handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures Proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction Compliance with hotel safety programs and brand procedures Supplying information on hotel services and area information and directions to guests Applicant must have basic computer skills, as well as an ability to multitask. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Hotel is located on Rainbow Blvd across from the Seneca Niagara Casino.
