In this vital role, you will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process payments securely Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stay Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times to foster a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in hotel management required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Familiarity with hospitality management principles, guest services, and hotel operations will support success in this role Join us as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact that sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience!
