Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Join Our Team Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, Front Desk Agents play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences and representing our commitment to exceptional service. Whether welcoming guests for business, leisure, weddings, conferences, or waterfront getaways, our Front Desk team helps ensure every guest feels valued from arrival through departure. Responsibilities Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Make reservations and modify existing reservations as needed. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and events. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Balance cash, credit card transactions, and shift reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Assist with group arrivals, departures, and special event accommodations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule Requirements Flexible availability preferred. Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
