The Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Greeting guests warmly and checking them in and out efficientlyAnswering guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and servicesProcessing reservations and managing the front desk operationsHandling guest requests and resolving concerns with professionalism and careMaintaining accurate records and coordinating with other departmentsSupporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

You're a people-person with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 5 days, with afternoon shift hours to be discussed. We're looking for someone who can start immediately and become an integral part of our team.
