Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information and assistance. Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities. Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest privacy, and safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations best practices. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
