Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our hotel/resort and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Process payments and manage billing procedures. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required; training will be provided. Experience in night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
