Job Description

Overview:
The overnight lodge coordinator will work both as a front desk agent and will support overnight needs throughout the hotel. This position will supervise overnight tasks such as; night audit, room calls, security concerns, housekeeping needs including; laundry, stocking housekeeping closets, maintaining common areas, greeting and registering guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. Will provide information and assistance to all resort guests.

Pay Range:
$20•22/hr
Qualifications:
What You Will Need Must be at least 18 years old For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Computer experience including; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Opera software preferred Prior guest services experience required Should have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy Possess or have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a New York State Security Guard License Successfully complete background pre-screening Ability to share all possible hotel and waterpark knowledge as trained Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Possess organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary Must be available to work overnight shift (11pm•7am) Must be able to work independently acting with integrity. Physical qualifications to stand and walk for extended periods of time; ability to stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift. Able to carry, and balance heavy loads up to 50lbs
