In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and guiding them appropriately Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations Assist with office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and supporting client needs with professionalism Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse populations Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices such as QuickBooks is preferred Prior clerical experience including proofreading, calendar management, and time management skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your administrative career.
