This is not an entry-level position. Opera PMS experience is absolutely required. Applicants who do not have hands-on Opera experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests professionally, checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering phones, processing payments, managing guest requests, and maintaining accurate front desk records.

Requirements:

Must have hotel front desk experience and strong working knowledge of Opera PMS . Must be reliable, professional, well-presented, guest-service focused, and able to work weekends and flexible shifts.
