Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine and inviting. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, checking in guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling reservations, maintaining logs, and managing guest requests efficiently. Conduct janitorial and custodial duties with attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Support housekeeping management by coordinating daily duties, inventory supplies, and ensuring team adherence to quality standards. Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at the front desk. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts.
