Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong hospitality skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems with professionalism, addressing calls in a timely manner. Process reservations and cancellations while maintaining accurate records in the hotel management system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong skills in guest relations, with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors. Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
