Front Desk Agent

The Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel is seeking a professional, friendly, and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a AAA Four Diamond property, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, first-class experience from arrival to departure Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner Resolve guest concerns promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service Maintain accurate records and follow all hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems is a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is ideal If you are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you!

Pay:
