Position:
The [Opening_Name] plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. This position requires a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. What does a day in the life of a LAZ [Opening_Name] look like?
  • Welcome guests to hotel and answer various requests.
  • Park and retrieve valeted vehicles
  • Assist guests with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
  • Respond to a variety of questions related to transportation, sightseeing, dining and other concierge related topics. What would we like you to bring to the team?
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:
  • Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
