Job Description

Front Desk Agent Akron, OH BLU-Tique Hotel is currently seeking part-time Front Desk Agents to service their Akron, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.
Pay:
$14 - $18/hour, offer dependent on experience The right candidate will have: 1 year of Front Desk experience a must or hospitality education Marriott experience preferred LightSpeed experience preferred Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic Our Front Desk Agent will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume for consideration!
