Racquets Desk Attendant - Beechmont Country Club Beechmont Country Club - 3.9 Beachwood, OH Job Details Part-time 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Computer operation Full Job Description Beechmont Country Club, located in Beachwood, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Racquets Desk Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type :
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner Assist with any guest inquiries, answer incoming telephone calls, forward calls to the appropriate party, or take a message Provide clerical support to the department that may include but is not limited to: typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail Sort incoming mail for the department(s) Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year of administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Qualifications:
Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job Must possess computer skills including but not limited to
Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas, and Publisher Benefits & Other Compensation:
