Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle reservations, payments, and room assignments Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records and front desk reports Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
