In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable guest experience, fostering a welcoming environment in our hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, multilingual (bilingual skills are a plus), and passionate about delivering top-tier guest relations during overnight hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions. Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence, handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments securely. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly with a positive attitude, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related documentation is properly filed and secured. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit or overnight shift experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are advantageous. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with resort or hotel environments is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism throughout the shift. Experience in guest services, hotel operations, or hospitality management is desirable. A proactive team player with strong organizational skills who thrives during overnight hours.
