Job Description

You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$15 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Mitigate customer complaints as needed Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 19 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
