Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain and update records and databases.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written documents.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Customer service experience to provide assistance to clients and visitors.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, computers, typing, including phone systems and phone etiquette.

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS FBI AND BCI BACKGROUND CHECK ALONG WITH DRUG TEST
