At The Metropolitan at The 9, our Front Desk team sets the tone for every guest experience. We are looking for empathetic, engaging, and detail-oriented individuals who can create a warm, elevated arrival while confidently handling the pace of a busy luxury hotel. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a professional, welcoming, and upscale presence Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism Answer phones, respond to messages, and coordinate guest needs Maintain accuracy with reservations, billing, and room assignments Work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and management teams Deliver a seamless experience from arrival to departure Qualifications Strong communication and guest service skills Naturally friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented High attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable learning systems and basic computer functions Experience with hotel systems such as Opera or GXP is a plus Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For Someone who can connect with guests while staying organized A team player who can adapt and support multiple areas when needed A calm, professional presence under pressure Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join The Metropolitan at The 9?
