Hotel Front Desk Agent

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Field customer complaints when necessary General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs

Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent About Company We're off I-271, four miles from the North Chagrin Nature Center.
