An immediate position may be available. Quality Inn Middleburg Heights is looking for dependable housekeepers who can work fast, clean rooms properly, and show up on time. Hotel experience is preferred. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and understand that cleanliness is very important in the hotel business. In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will be essential in delivering a seamless stay for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in/check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster guest loyalty Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of guest services, hospitality best practices, and hotel procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience involving guest relations will set you apart Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued!
