Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Polaris We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
• Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
