Job Description
Job Overview Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations. Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
