Guest Services Associate - PM shift Homedog Resort & Daycare Columbus, OH Job Details Part-time $14.50 - $15.50 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Guest relations Filing Driver's License Dog handling Bathing assistance Full Job Description We are looking for someone to join our team that has experience in customer service with a positive attitude and a love for dogs! This position is a part-time role that may include some holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate for this role will have great interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of Microsoft Office, feel comfortable answering phones and maintaining guest files and have an overall ability to work independently to complete daily designated tasks. Daily responsibilities will include checking in/out guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, assisting in the daily care of our guests (baths, walks, feeding, cleaning), maintaining guest files and providing updates to our guests regarding their dogs' visits. The schedule for this role will be Mondays through Friday 11am to 7:30pm Applicants must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation and be available to work some weekends and holidays. Previous experience at a dog care facility is preferred but not required.
