In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings, and assist with room assignments Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Answer all incoming phone calls promptly using proper phone etiquette and direct them appropriately Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is desirable Knowledge of hotel operations within resort or hospitality environments enhances your effectiveness in this role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest services within a lively hospitality setting.
